Our dedicated and highly skilled installation teams operate nationwide, supported by an experienced in-house operations team. Together, they carry out all pre-site checks and coordinate logistics in advance, ensuring every requirement is met before arrival on site. This thorough planning allows for a seamless delivery and installation process, helping to minimise disruption while saving you both time and money.

Our Delivery & Installation Service Includes:

  • Nationwide delivery and installation across the UK
  • Full removal of all packaging, returned to our on-site recycling centre and processed in accordance with the Waste (England and Wales) Regulations 2011
  • Modern, compliant vehicle fleet, including 7.5T and 3.5T Euro 6 vehicles, Chapter 8 and FORS compliant, with FORS Gold accreditation on 30ft vehicles
  • Highly qualified driver installers, all holding Health, Safety and Environmental Awareness accreditation and CSCS Green Cards as a minimum requirement
  • Experienced supervision, with all supervisors qualified to SSSTS standard
  • DBS-checked personnel, where required
  • Recognised industry accreditations, including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015, Constructionline Gold, CHAS Advanced, SMAS, Acclaim and Cyber Essentials

How it works

Step 1 – Pre-Delivery Coordination

A member of our Operations Team will contact you to confirm project details. You will then be asked to complete a pre-delivery and installation questionnaire. This ensures access requirements, delivery dates, site readiness, and installation timelines are agreed in advance.

Step 2 – Stock Allocation & Dispatch Preparation

Once all details are confirmed, your furniture is allocated from stock. Our delivery team will prepare and load the items onto our vehicles, scheduling transport in line with the agreed delivery and installation date.

Step 3 – Delivery & Installation on Site

Your office furniture will be delivered to site by our trained installation team. Items will be placed in the designated areas and installed in accordance with the approved layout plans, ensuring minimal disruption to your workplace.

Step 4 – Completion & Sign-Off

Following installation, the site will be checked to ensure all furniture has been correctly assembled and positioned. Packaging will be removed and a final sign-off will be completed to confirm successful delivery and installation.
